Our Journey
It all began in 2016, during a cycling trip from Belgium to Italy, with a simple frustration: there was no drink that was pleasant, natural, and low in alcohol.
I do enjoy wine but in moderation. I don’t like beer and soft drinks.
So I created OBIX for those, like me, who want to drink with pleasure and consciousness.
Our aim is to offer No/Low alcohol that give you the same tasting experience as wine.
That is why we chose to use only natural fermentation, just as in traditional wine making.
The secret ?
From the very beginning, we have worked with experts on fermentation in order to preserve the full aromatic richness of the grapes. The challenge has always been, offering a premium No/Low alcohol alternative with low sugar and the complexity of real wine.
And every harvest of OBIX will be a new chapter.
